Malaysian Masterclass
Introduction to Malaysian food. This class explores some of my Malaysian signatures and popular street food.
We begin the class by learning the ingredients used in Malaysian cooking. Learn how to master Beef Rendang by blending spice paste together and watch it transform to the most decadent warming dish or how to fry the most pillowy Cucur Udang - Malaysian prawn fritters or perhaps wok fry some Char Kway Teow? Come to this class and I will arm you with a full tummy and a new repertoire under your belt to impress your friends and family.
Malaysian Night Market Eats (NEW)
When the sun sets, the streets are transformed into rows of bustling food stalls selling array of foods. The night markets are where the most innovative market traders sell their wares. I have picked my favourite eats from the night markets in Malaysia and recreate them with you. From BBQ chicken wings to steamed pork dumplings we will spend the day cooking and eating sweet and savoury delights.
