Ping's Supper Club Is Back and in a Stunning New Venue

I have been in hibernation since my last supperclub to finish writing my cookbook coming in 2026. After huge successes of our Malaysian supperclubs we've been inundated with requests to get more in the diary. This year we are collaborating with a few artisan independent venues and producers to bring you different dining experiences.

First up… Introducing The Green at Wingfield, a grade 2 listed country house which is currently being lovingly restored by Claire and Ari. Come join us for a delicious Malaysian dining experience in the most beautiful setting. Weather permitting, we highly encourage you to come and wander the gardens and have drinks on the terrace.

Indulge in Malaysian cuisine and immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors of Malaysia in the surroundings of an English country house. From Nasi Lemak or Satay to more experimental dishes, my menu is sure to tantalize your taste buds.

If you haven't been to one of my supperclubs before, don't expect to know what you will be eating until the night but expect explosions of flavours and spice. You might not even know who is sitting next to you but I think that's part of the fun. The not knowing and the anticipation of who and what! That said you will be seated with the person(s) you are booked with, don't panic, it's not musical chairs! Food - 4 courses. Menu unknown till the night

Timings - From 6.00pm - 10.30pm. Gardens will be open from 6pm (weather permitting) and you are very welcome to come and enjoy the gardens and have pre dinner drinks on the terrace. Dinner starts at 7.30pm.

Dietary -  We cater for most dietary requirements but not preferences, just let us know when booking. If you have any questions please email makanclub@pingcoombes.com.

Bar - Aurelius used to own and run an award winning cocktail bar, Hausbar, in Bristol so he will be curating a small selection of good and reasonably priced alcoholic and soft drinks. This is extra on the night and payable on site

Address & Parking - The Green BA14 9LE. As this is a private house, there is limited parking. To ensure there is sufficient parking please can you organize lift shares and email Admin@TheGreenBB.co.uk to prebook parking space. We will have attendants on the day to help with parking.

The house is serviced by two nearby train stations, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge, both are 10 minutes drive away. Taxis are available but I highly recommend that you book one in advance to make sure one is waiting for you outside.
