Malaysian Masterclass
Introduction to Malaysian food. This class explores some of my Malaysian signatures and popular street food.
We begin the class by learning the ingredients used in Malaysian cooking. Learn how to master Beef Rendang by blending spice paste together and watch it transform to the most decadent warming dish or how to fry the most pillowy Cucur Udang - Malaysian prawn fritters or perhaps wok fry some Char Kway Teow? Come to this class and I will arm you with a full tummy and a new repertoire under your belt to impress your friends and family. Please note each class is different depending what is in season or what is best from our local butcher. Do enquire before you book if you have any dietary requirements as the class might not be suitable.
Dumplings & Noodles of Malaysia
Incredibly excited about this brand new class, Dumplings and Noodles of Malaysia. We will be making different dumplings, jiao zi and wantons then also learning how to make noodles as well as noodles sauces and condiments. So many things to show you.
