Located inside Debenhams in Birmingham and Oxford Street in London, Chi Kitchen offer freshly prepared Pan Asian dishes from Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea & Thailand. All the dishes are freshly prepared with our highly trained chefs including a chef dedicated in making dim sum everyday. I work closely with the chefs in designing the menu to feature the very best of Asia.
Our newest project is our Breakfast Club, which runs every second Sunday of the month to bring the best and unusual Asian breakfast dishes to London. We also like to bring people together to enjoy a lazy Sunday over some scrumptious food. Please check out Chi Kitchen website for more info

I have been working with Scott Dunn for the past two years to create fresh and delicious dishes for their Explorer’s Kids Clubs. The brief was that it is quick and delicious for the nannies to prepare for the children they were looking after around the world. Watch the video here. As a parent I know how fussy children can be so the dishes created has been tried and tested with my own little monster and are simple to prepare. I also make sure that the dishes are fun to eat and nannies can use part of the preparation to engage kids.
I also work with the Villa and Chalet chefs to create Scott Dunn’s Summer and Winter Menu to bring a touch of Asia to the dining experience. Guests can request the ‘Ping’ menu during their stay with Scott Dunn.

Long before MasterChef came along, I was working in Events and Conferencing for a luxurious hotel near Bath. My second love is organizing events so when the opportunity came up to help build the events business at the University, I jumped at it. Our aim is to make the University a contender for the Wedding and Conferencing around Bath. The venue speaks for itself and if you haven’t thought about having your wedding at a University, come and take a look for yourself.
